Course Description

Congratulations! You’ve designed your product line. Now what? This class investigates the activities involved in taking a fashion line from the runway into your customer’s closets. This class will discuss the principles of branding and marketing and will address those activities that promote and stimulate the sale of fashion goods. As well, you will be introduced to the magnitude of careers available in the fashion industry.

About Jen Kluger

Jen Kluger began her career at the early age of 16 when she began selling her jewelry designs to retail boutiques in Toronto. She is now the co-owner of Foxy Originals, a jewelry company with distribution around the globe and a celebrity fan base that includes Lauren Conrad, Sienna Miller and Paris Hilton.

She holds a Business degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and recently participated in the Entrepreneurial Master’s program at M.I.T in Boston.  She is a board member of ACE Canada (Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship) and is a passionate believer in the capabilities of young people to accomplish their career goals.
